Still same issue - Can't scan, and new issue unsuccessful network Installation - it says printer isn't connected to network but it is because it prints! laptop & printer are on same wifi network. I have followed all 7 steps in this Troubleshooter guide from HP. Error message "unsuccessful network Installation". New Issue as a result of reinstalling software/drivers: cannot connect the device to the wireless network. But when i try to do a test scan in the HP doctor print & Scan doctor, it says device not found. I have unblocked firewalls, and i have run the HP doctor print & Scan doctor, it gives me green ticks on everything, and says there are no issues. I have uninstalled all HP software, and reinstalled software successfully, I have rebooted router, disconnected printer from power supply. Printer works- prints all the time, but it will not scan. Original/current Issue : i cannot scan to email or scan to computer. Hoping someone can assist, i have been reading these forums for days, and i completed many suggestions without success.
